- Leading design for Virtual Fundraising at Double Good — payouts and identity, the parts people have to trust.
- Running GitPad’s public beta. It’s notarized and on Homebrew; the launch still needs a demo recording.
- Building an MCP bridge between GitPad and the wiki, so quick capture and long-term memory stop being two separate note stores.
- Picking Plary back up now that Figma approved the OAuth scope that had blocked it since July.
- Sitting with ProtoShot being stuck on its own premise, and deciding whether the honest move is to publish what didn’t work.

- 2020TechSmithTools and properties panels. Made features easier to find; user confidence went up 25%.
- 2020Design on TapBuilt and maintained a multi-platform pattern library in Figma. First taste of systems work.
